Jess is an income tax specialist. Having started her career at one of the Big Four firm’s international tax and financial services teams, Jess has been involved in a number of complex and notable domestic and cross-border transactions.
Jess has experience managing and advising on a range of M&A, inbound and outbound investment and highly technical international tax matters. In recent years, she has developed a focus on funds and investment clients, particularly in assisting such clients with structuring their investments into large infrastructure and renewables projects.
