Jenny is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team in Hong Kong, with a focus on commercial litigation and contentious financial regulatory investigations.
Jenny has extensive experience in advising international financial institutions, multinational corporations and listed companies on regulatory investigations conducted by the Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department and the Commercial Crime Bureau. In addition, Jenny has experience advising clients on running internal investigations and complaints.
Jenny also has a broad range of experience in major and complex disputes before the Hong Kong courts, including cross-border high value contractual disputes, debt recovery and financial services related disputes.
Jenny speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
