She is a major projects and PPP specialist, with a breadth of experience in the road, rail, social housing, energy and prison sectors. Jennifer's expertise includes strategic project development, procurement, project documentation, negotiation and project delivery advice.
Jennifer acts for a range of clients including government, infrastructure investors, financiers and contractors. Her recent projects include the North East Link Project, the Western Harbour Tunnel Project, WestConnex, Perth METRONET and the Regional Rail Revival Program.
