She is a major project and collaborative contracting expert, with a breadth of experience in the road, rail, social housing, energy transition and defence sectors. Jennifer's expertise includes strategic project development, procurement, project documentation, negotiation and project delivery advice.
Jennifer acts for a range of clients including government, infrastructure investors, financiers and contractors. Her recent projects include the Suburban Rail Loop, the Western Harbour Tunnel Project, Perth METRONET and the Regional Rail Revival Program.
