Jeffrey advises equity funds, corporate clients and debt arrangers on a wide range of complex transactions including leverage finance, corporate finance and real estate finance.
Before joining Ashurst in February 2024, Jeffrey worked for two years in the banking and finance practice of a well-known international law firm.
Jeffrey is member of the Paris Bar Association since 2022.
Jeffrey is fluent in English and French.
