Jeff Lynn is a partner in our projects practice
Jeff practices in the areas of environmental, planning and climate change law. He acts for a wide range of public and private sector clients but his practice is principally focussed on the energy, resources, infrastructure and waste industries.

Jeff advises on the environmental aspects of asset closure and site remediation and redevelopment.
Jeff is also a leading advisor in relation to climate change law, and the regulatory and commercial risks and opportunities created by climate change. He assisted many large businesses with the introduction and repeal of the carbon tax and advises clients on the strategic issues arising from the Paris Agreement and the evolving domestic carbon policy landscape.
