Jason Gouveia is a senior associate in our projects and energy transition practice
Jason spends his time between our offices in Dubai and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and specialises in projects and infrastructure as well as construction and engineering, with a focus on transport, social infrastructure and energy.
He advises across all phases of project procurement including from concept and due diligence phases all the way through to claims mitigation and has strong experience in PPP procurement in the MENA region and Southern Africa.
Jason advises Government entities, lenders, sponsors/developers and contractors.
