Jasmin O'Reilly

Jasmin has a broad range of corporate experience, advising on private and public transactions as well as providing general corporate advice. Jasmin has a particular focus on advising financial institutions, including insurance companies.

Jasmin has experience working in another jurisdiction, having spent six months on secondment to Ashurst's Dubai office. Jasmin also has experience working in-house and spent six months working for a nuclear energy company based in London, advising on matters relating to its joint venture partnership and on day-to-day matters, including corporate governance.
