Jared practises primarily in the areas of funds management and funds transactions, including the establishment, promotion, and operation of investment funds (including listed funds, private equity funds, property funds, and infrastructure funds).
He has expertise acting on transactions in the financial services industry and has assisted domestic and international clients in relation to funds mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and establishing a financial services business in Australia.
He also has experience in a wider range of corporate and commercial work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and privatisations.
