Janet advises corporate clients in relation to private M&A and cross-border transactions, with particular experience working with Japanese clients. Janet also has experience advising clients on Australia's foreign investment framework, corporate governance matters and general corporate law advice.
Janet had the opportunity to undertake a one-year secondment to the in-house legal department of a large Japanese trading house based in Tokyo.
