Jane Burton is the General Counsel – APAC for Ashurst
Jane is an experienced in-house and commercial lawyer, leading Ashurst's Office of General Counsel team in the APAC region.
Her role is varied and covers all aspects of the firm's legal risk management, including legal and regulatory advice, commercial contracts and procurement, disputes, policy matters and training.
Jane's background specialisation is technology and data law, with experience advising corporate, commercial and government clients on complex technology contracts and outsourcing arrangements, licensing, privacy and data protection matters and tech regulation.
