Jan advises national and international clients on general corporate law and M&A transactions.
He studied law at Mannheim University and acquired a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) on his way to his State Exam.
Prior to joining Ashurst Jan worked for multiple national and international law firms as part of his legal studies.
