James Marshall is the practice group lead of Asia Pacific in our restructuring, insolvency and special situations practice

James is an expert in restructuring, insolvency and special situations. His practice includes: acting for lenders and creditors to help manage their credit risk; advising parties who are active in the secondary debt markets; advising boards in relation to the financial restructuring of distressed companies; and distressed mergers and acquisitions. James acts for a number of lending syndicates to distressed companies and also advises in respect of formal insolvency administrations.
