James Knight is a partner in our global markets practice
James specialises in derivative transactions across various asset classes, as well as associated areas, such as repackaging, repo, securities lending, prime brokerage and custody. Currently James has a particular focus on complex collateralised funding structures, including in emerging markets.
In addition to transactional work, James regularly advises on regulatory issues associated with derivatives, including margin rules, clearing, benchmark reform and bank resolution.
James acts for various leading banks, investment firms and funds, amongst other clients.
James is ranked as a Leading Individual for Derivatives and Structured Products in Legal 500.
