Jamie has experience of acting for clients across a wide range of projects in the energy, transport and infrastructure sectors, including in relation to significant public sector procurements, project finance, and M&A.

In particular, Jamie specialises in advising across all aspects of the rail sector – including in relation to the UK regulatory environment, franchising and franchise and concession issues, rail devolution, rolling stock procurement, operations and maintenance and commercial contracts.
