James specialises in derivatives and related products across all formats, in particular credit and other fixed income derivatives, repackaging of financial assets, TRS and other collateralised funding structures and regulatory capital transactions.

James acts for a number of leading investment banks and funds amongst other clients.

Key areas of focus in the current market include the implementation of regulatory reform, including large-scale diligence and re-papering exercises, close-out advice, repackaging and distribution of loan assets of all types and the financing of emerging market assets.
