James is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution practice. James has broad litigation and regulatory experience.
James' litigation experience includes shareholder and equity disputes, supply contract disputes and challenges to government decisions. He also advises upon large claims concerning professional negligence, the Australian Consumer Law and white-collar fraud.
James' regulatory experience includes advising upon laws concerning whistleblowing, modern slavery, bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering and sanctions. He also advises upon parliamentary inquiries, regulatory investigations and freedom of information requests.
