Jake Saccardo is a senior associate in our real estate practice
Jake's practice involves negotiating and drafting leases for large scale landlords and international tenants for commercial, industrial and retail premises as well as experience in the acquisition and disposal of industrial, commercial and government properties.
Jake also has experience acting for developers and financiers of large scale residential developments. Jake has been involved in, and has advised on, the property aspects of major infrastructure projects and is well equipped to deal with the legal and administrative requirements of such projects.
