Jacqueline Chan is a senior associate in our restructuring and special situations group practice
Jacqueline practises in the restructuring and special situations group of the finance team in the Ashurst Melbourne office. She has had experience in both front end restructuring and formal insolvency procedures. Her experience has included acting for liquidators, administrators, receivers and affected creditors. Jacqueline has also been involved in insolvency planning for creditors of distressed companies and Chinese clients. Jacqueline is bilingual and is fluent in English and Cantonese, as well as conversational Mandarin.
More recently, Jacqueline has acted in relation to the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
