Jack works with clients on their most exciting transactional opportunities and their most challenging investigations. He is a versatile competition lawyer, with experience helping clients across the full range of competition law work – transactional, investigations, advisory and disputes. He also routinely advises on all aspects of the Australian Consumer Law, including unfair contract terms, consumer guarantees and misleading or deceptive conduct.
