Dr Issouf Sako, LL.M. (UoL), Maitre en droit (Paris II) is an associate in our corporate office in Munich
Issouf advises national and international clients on all aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments , joint-ventures, reorganisations as well as general corporate law matters.
He studied law at the Maximilians University of Munich, Université Panthéon Assas Paris II and at the university of London. He was admitted to the German bar in 2023.
Prior to joining Ashurst in 2025, Issouf worked for other international law firms.
