Isabel is a senior associate in the corporate department of Ashurst Madrid.
She specialises in M&A transactions and joint venture agreements, as well as in commercial and corporate law. She has expertise in advising national and international clients in corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions of companies which belong to different sectors such as the real estate, energy or technological one. She is also specialised in advising start-ups in their incorporation and financing rounds.
She has a double degree in Law and Business from the University of Zaragoza and she completed a one-year study program in the Erasmus School of Economics of Rotterdam (the Netherlands).
