Irian Martínez is a partner in our finance practice and head of Global Markets Spain

Irian specialises in banking and finance transactions with a focus in project finance, real estate and corporate lending. Irian also has experience in derivatives and synthetic PPAs.

In the last 12 months Irian has advised on several biomethane projects, on a couple of hybridization financings and on BESS power optimisation products. She has also led a holdco refinancing for a big RE client and several development and acquisition transactions for shopping centres and BTR platforms in Spain. Irian's clients include infrastructure funds, institutional investors, financial institutions and funds and corporates.
