Imogen Loxton is a senior associate in our intellectual property and media practice
Imogen's practice includes a range of contentious and non-contentious matters across all areas of intellectual property and media law, including defamation, marketing and advertising, copyright, licensing agreements and compliance.
Imogen's experience includes working on complex Federal Court and Supreme Court disputes. She has worked on large-scale arbitration, and in litigation has been involved in a broad range of disputes relating to defamation, injurious falsehood, copyright infringement and patents.
In addition, Imogen has advised clients in relation to media regulatory matters and on issues arising out of publication laws (including defamation and contempt), torts, contract, copyright, consumer law and breach of confidence.
