Imogen Hanrahan is a senior associate in our digital economy practice
Imogen is a commercial lawyer who advises Australian and international clients on a wide range of technology transactions, including cross border M&A, IT and business process outsourcing, AI and digital transformations and other large-scale procurements. Imogen's particular focus is on complex technology projects and she is experienced in advising on issues spanning the full project life cycle. She has supported clients across the energy, banking, defence and professional services sectors, including AGL, NEC Corporation and Woolworths.
Previously based in Canberra, Imogen has experience working for both government and private sector clients, advising across an array of large-scale procurement processes, regulatory compliance matters and contracting disputes. She joined Ashurst in 2024 and prior to this, was also in private practice at another Australian law firm.
