Huiyeon Kim is a partner in our corporate transactions practice
Huiyeon's practice focuses on a broad range of cross-border M&A, real estate and funds matters. Throughout her career, she has advised major Korean clients with their M&A transactions in several jurisdictions worldwide. She is also experienced in international dispute and investigation matter, acting for the financial institutions and Korean conglomerates.
Huiyeon started her career at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP in the USA. She then worked for many years at Yulchon in Korea. Following her experience at Yulchon, Huiyeon worked at Sidley Austin before joining the Ashurst global network in 2015.
Huiyeon is a native Korean speaker.
Huiyeon has previously been recognised as a next generation lawyer by Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
Huiyeon is qualified in the USA (Georgia) and England & Wales.
