Hubert Blanc-Jouvan is a partner in our finance practice
Hubert specialises in financial services law and advises financial institutions on a wide range of regulatory issues. Focus areas include licensing requirements, conduct of business rules (in particular related to MiFID), distribution of financial products, asset management and funds, contractual and compliance documentation, prudential supervision and market abuse. They also include the new set of laws and regulation governing crypto-assets and the services provided in relation to crypto-assets.
Hubert also advises financial institutions in connection with the structuring and documentation of OTC market transactions, including in particular equity derivatives, securities lending, repurchase transactions and financial collateral arrangements, and has developed a particular experience in clearing rules and systems.
He is an avocat at the Paris Bar.
