Hillman is an experienced litigator and dispute resolution lawyer.
During his practice, he has assisted international and domestic clients in formulating dispute strategies for complex litigations including multi-billion-dollars class action cases, a high profile citizen lawsuit, financial derivative cases, arbitrations and import-export disputes.
He has advised and represented clients with sensitive litigation issues such as food safety and illegal loggings. He is also uniquely placed to conduct internal investigation on clients' companies, especially on corruption and bribery issues including reviewing clients' compliance policies on anti-corruption and anti-bribery.
Aside from his extensive and in-depth experience in litigation and dispute resolution, Hillman is also able to advise on general business contract negotiations.
Hillman is qualified in Indonesia. He speaks fluent Bahasa and English.
