Henry specialises in securitisation and structured debt transactions acting for arrangers, lead managers, originators and servicers across a variety of structures, including public securitisation, covered bonds, private warehouse securitisations, private revolving securitisations and forward flow transactions. He has experience with a range of asset classes including residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, consumer loans, non-performing loans and auto loans.
Henry acts for investment banks, mortgage lenders, specialist lenders, speciality finance companies, asset managers and private equity firms.
Henry also advises clients on regulatory matters including ongoing compliance obligations affecting securitisation structures.
Henry is noted as a Leading Associate in the 2025 Legal 500.
