Helen specialises in complex commercial disputes and regulatory investigations. Helen has significant experience in disputes involving financial service providers and banking institutions, and accounting firms as well as corporate insolvencies.
Helen has acted for clients in a wide range of litigious commercial matters in the state and federal courts, as well as in the High Court of Australia. Those matters have included contractual disputes, securities, mining, taxation, liquidators examinations, constitutional law, and the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry. Helen has also acted for international clients in the recognition of enforcement of foreign judgments in Australia.
