Helen is a highly experienced employment and industrial relations lawyer, known for her strategic insight and practical approach to complex workplace matters. Helen has deep experience across all aspects of employment and industrial relations including employee management, enterprise bargaining, industrial strategy, dispute resolution, and interpreting enterprise agreements and modern awards. She regularly advises on managing industrial action in highly unionised environments and represents employers in litigation before courts and tribunals.
Helen leads complex matters for dynamic clients across a broad range of industries. She also assists clients in conducting and defending complex employment-related litigation, including before the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Fair Work Commission and various tribunals and commissions both at the State and Federal level.
