Heidi has broad corporate experience with a focus on complex, cross border mergers and acquisitions and joint venture arrangements. In particular, Heidi focuses on private M&A transactions in the infrastructure sector, with significant experience acting for infrastructure funds, private capital and corporates investing into a broad spectrum of infrastructure assets.
Heidi also has a specific focus on the Nordic markets.

- Acted for EQT and IFS, a global enterprise software solution provider, on EQT selling a minority stake of its holding to Hg, ADIA etc.*
- Acted for Actis on the carve-out and acquisition of Telekom Srbija’s towers business, comprising approximately 1,800 macro towers across Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro*
- Acted for Antin Infrastructure Partners on its sale of Roadchef, the UK’s third largest motorway service area operator, to a fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management*
- Acted for GRIDSERVE, EV charging business in the UK, on an investment from Infracapital*
- Acted for the purchaser on its acquisition of GETEC, one of Europe’s leading sustainable energy service companies for real estate and industrial customers, from EQT Infrastructure*
- Acted for the purchaser on its acquisition of Adven, a provider of clean energy solutions across the Nordics and Baltics, from AMP Capital and Infracapital*
- Acted for a consortium led by APG, on the acquisition of 50 percent of the shares in Stockholm Exergi*
