Hayden is a Senior Associate specialising in UK and EU competition law. Hayden is qualified in England & Wales and Australia.
Hayden has experience across merger control in the UK and EU, investigations and competition litigation. He has particular experience with contentious competition matters in the UK and Australia, having been involved in proceedings before the Commercial Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal, the UK Supreme Court and the Federal and Full Federal Courts of Australia. Hayden's multi-jurisdictional litigious experience spans collective proceedings, follow-on damages claims and regulatory proceedings.
