Harriet Jones-Fenleigh is a partner in our dispute resolution practice
Harriet specialises in complex commercial disputes and banking and finance litigation and arbitration.
She has over 17 years' experience helping clients navigate a wide range of high stakes litigation and arbitration matters, including multi-billion pound litigation in the UK Supreme Court, group claims, cross-border corporate and commercial disputes, civil fraud and asset tracing. Many of the cases on which she works involve reputational risks, disputes in multiple jurisdictions and parallel investigations. She also has experience acting in arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL rules, among others.
Harriet acts for corporates, banks, funds, and corporate trustees and across a variety of sectors, including finance, fintech and tech, metals, mining, commodities, aviation and energy.
Harriet is recommended in Chambers UK 2026 and Legal 500 UK 2026 for commercial litigation, banking litigation and civil fraud, where she is described as "clever, hardworking, great judgment, pleasure to work with. A top choice" and "a standout individual" with "great expertise, great judgment, and is great at running a team".
