Hanyin focuses on in private investment funds offered to accredited and institutional investors, and specialises in fund establishment, fund investment and regulatory matters.
She has worked on many fund structuring and formation matters in relation to both offshore and onshore funds, such as private equity, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure funds, and also acts for and advises corporate and institutional clients in connection with their investment in funds and negotiations with managers.
