Hannah Martin is a senior associate in our employment practice
Hannah advises on a wide variety of labour and employment related matters including contentious, advisory and transactional matters.
Hannah has extensive experience advising clients on the effective management and resolution of work-related grievances and investigations, performance management and disciplinary matters and termination of employment.
She has assisted clients with litigation in the areas of unfair dismissal, discrimination/equal opportunity and trade union disputes.
Hannah also works closely with our corporate team on employment aspects of a variety of transactions and projects including public and private M&A deals, management buyouts, outsourcings and complex infrastructure projects.
Hannah is qualified in New South Wales.
