Hannah is a front-end construction and infrastructure specialist with broad experience in the delivery and implementation of public and private infrastructure projects across a number of sectors, including transport, airports, utilities and telecommunications.
Hannah has worked with all major procurement models, including both conventional and collaborative forms of contracts, and PPPs. Acting for government, Hannah’s experience encompasses the entire procurement and contracting lifecycle, from consideration of contracting models, development of tender documentation, commercial and legal assessment of tenders, negotiation and execution of contracts and post execution contract management. She has also advised bidders on major government projects.
