Grant leads our front end construction, infrastructure and contracting team in Melbourne.
Grant's focus is on advising clients on complex issues arising on infrastructure and construction projects, as well as commercial property development projects. Grant has advised principals on major commercial and infrastructure developments, such as the Melbourne Cricket Ground Northern Stand Redevelopment, the Myer Melbourne Store Redevelopment, the RACV City Club Redevelopment, the Southern Cross Station Redevelopment and the Berwick Community Hospital Project. He also regularly advises a range of other parties involved in infrastructure, construction and development projects, including contractors, consultants and financiers.
Grant advises a broad range of public and private sector clients in the energy and resources, defence, water, telecommunications, health, retail, transport, food/ agri-business and sporting facility industries on contracting and development, equipment, materials and services procurement, maintenance and support and on-going operations.
Grant is a member of the RMIT University JD Advisory Board.
