Glenn Tan is a senior associate in our corporate transactions practice
Glenn advises on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, and joint ventures. He represents public and privately held corporate clients, including private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations and financial institutions.
Glenn also has experience as an in-house transactions counsel, having spent 1.5 years on secondment to a major Japanese trading house in Tokyo where he advised on a range of projects in the energy, infrastructure and transport sectors globally.
Glenn is qualified in Singapore.
