Giulia Carnazza is a counsel in our antitrust, regulatory and trade practice

Giulia regularly advises clients in relation to Articles 101 and 102 TFEU proceedings – before both antitrust authorities and courts at EU and national level – merger notifications, antitrust compliance programmes, contracts review and general advice on EU and national competition law. She also specialises in foreign direct investment control, the EU foreign subsidies regime and consumer law.

Her clients are active in all industries, including telecoms, payment services, oil&gas, energy, tech, manufacture.

Giulia has an LLM in European Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a law master's degree from the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali - Guido Carli in Rome. She speaks fluent French and English. She is qualified in Italy (Rome Bar) and is registered in the E-List of the Brussels Bar.
