Giorgio Sorci is a senior associate in our energy & infrastructure practice in Milan
He advises industrial groups, investment funds and financial institutions in relation to a wide range of M&A transactions, joint ventures, group reorganisations, corporate governance, projects and commercial contracts, with significant experience in oil & gas, renewables, utilities, infrastructures and transport.
Giorgio was full time seconded for 18 months in the legal department of ENI where he assisted on domestic and international M&A transactions across the whole oil & gas value chain (upstream, mid-stream and downstream), renewables and on special projects such as nuclear fusion.
