Gerard is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Transactions team and offers a broad range of experience in mergers and acquisitions and equity investments to leading financial institutions, sponsors and investors in Australia and cross-border. Gerard advises on issues arising in connection with consortium bids and ongoing joint venture arrangements, complex shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations and general corporate matters.
Gerard has a particular focus in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has significant experience in the energy transition space, advising on major wind, solar and battery energy storage projects. He also has extensive experience in the infrastructure sector, advising on major transport, social infrastructure and public-private partnership projects.
