George is a counsel in our Projects and Energy Transition Practice Group, based in Dubai. With a specialised focus on project finance work, George has extensive expertise in advising lenders, international financial institutions, export credit agencies and borrowers, sponsors and energy and infrastructure funds on complex cross-jurisdictional infrastructure and energy projects. He advises across all financing stages from structuring, commitment and term sheet discussions, to long-form document negotiations, signing and financial closing.
