Gareth advises on the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects. He regularly advises both government and non-government participants.
Gareth's expertise spans road, rail, energy and mining projects. He has a particular interest in PPP projects, complex outsourcing projects and renewables.
Gareth's experience includes advising on most of the significant recent transport projects in NSW, including Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport SSTOM package (for the successful Parklife Metro consortium), Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link (Asset Manager package) (for TfNSW), Sydney Metro City and Southwest (for Sydney Metro), WestConnex Stage 2 (for Sydney Motorway Corporation and the WestConnex Delivery Authority), Sydney Metro Northwest PPP package (for the successful NRT Consortium), Sydney Light Rail (for TfNSW) and the New InterCity Fleet (for the successful Rail Connect NSW Consortium). He also advised on the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing PPP project (for the successful Nexus consortium) and the Inland Rail G2K PPP project (for the shortlisted Regionerate Rail consortium).
Gareth's recent experience in the energy space includes advising the NewGen Networks consortium on its bid for the Central-West Orana REZ PPP project and Water NSW on its ongoing Renewal Energy Storage Program.
