Gareth Sage

Gareth advises on the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects. He advises both government and non-government participants on P3 and complex outsourcing projects in the road, rail, energy and technology sectors.

Gareth's experience includes advising the Georgia Department of Transportation on the SR 400 and I-285 P3 projects and the North Carolina Department of Transportation on the I-77 South P3 project.

Prior to relocating to New York Gareth was based in Sydney and advised on the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport SSTOM P3 package (for the successful Parklife Metro consortium), Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link (Asset Manager package) (for TfNSW), Sydney Metro City and Southwest (for Sydney Metro), WestConnex Stage 2 (for Sydney Motorway Corporation and the WestConnex Delivery Authority), Sydney Metro Northwest P3 package (for the successful NRT Consortium), Sydney Light Rail P3 (for TfNSW), the New InterCity Fleet DBFM (for the successful Rail Connect NSW Consortium), the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing P3 project (for the successful Nexus consortium) and the Inland Rail G2K P3 project (for the shortlisted Regionerate Rail consortium).

Gareth's recent experience in the energy space includes advising the NewGen Networks consortium on its bid for the Central-West Orana REZ P3 project and Water NSW on its ongoing Renewal Energy Storage Program.

Gareth is admitted only in New South Wales, Australia, and is a Registered Foreign Legal Consultant in New York.
