Gaelan Cooney

Gaelan has extensive experience advising on the financing and development of major projects in Australia and internationally. He regularly acts for borrowers and lenders, with a particular focus acting for sponsors on project financings in the energy and resources sector.

He brings over 20 years of experience, across a range of jurisdictions, mineral commodities and financing products and structures, including traditional limited resource project financing, offtake prepays, borrowing base and joint venture financings.

Gaelan also has broader banking and finance experience in the areas of corporate, leveraged, property and asset finance.
