<p><span style="display: inline !important;">Gabriella advises French and international groups on all French employment and labor law matters. In particular, on the following matters: collective and individual relationships, hiring and termination of top managers and employees, litigation, company restructurings, merger and acquisition transactions, transfer of activity.</span></p><p>Prior to joining Ashurst, Gabriella was an associate for nearly a year and half in Fromont-Briens l Littler then Littler France. She has also gained valuable experience working for an international media company, the Paris Appeal Court and Chassany Watrelot &amp; Associ&eacute;s.</p>
