Florian Hirschmann

Florian Hirschmann is a Munich-based partner and Ashurst's Head of Private Equity Germany who specialises in advising domestic and international private equity, venture capital firms, its portfolio companies and strategic investors in complex national and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity, debt investments, M&A, and joint ventures.

He is particularly known for his deep expertise in advising on transactions with Greater East Asia connections and deals with a deep tech focus. Florian is admitted to the Munich bar.

Since 2012 Florian has been constantly ranked in prominent legal journals such as JUVE, Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Chambers as highly recommended lawyer in both private equity and M&A.
