Florence is a Senior Associate in our Projects and Energy Transition practice in Dubai, having joined in January 2026 from London. Her practice spans across project development, project finance and energy M&A transactions across EMEA, Asia-Pacific and the US. She has experience advising owners, sponsors, lenders and governments on complex and first-of-their-kind projects in energy transition and infrastructure sectors, including on low carbon and renewables (solar PV, BESS, green ammonia and carbon capture and storage), telecoms, mining, nuclear development mandates.
Florence is qualified in England and Wales.
