Eshani has a broad range of experience advising clients on employment, industrial relations and safety matters.
Eshani is trusted by her clients for providing practical and strategic advice on a wide range of complex work health and safety issues, including: assisting clients in responding to safety incidents, dealing with investigations (both led by regulators and clients), preparing for prosecutions and coronial proceedings, advising on principal contractor arrangements / contractor management, director and officer duties and rail safety national law, and delivering work health and safety training.
She is also particularly experienced in award and enterprise agreement compliance, underpayments, engaging with the Fair Work Ombudsman on compliance issues and assisting in managing litigation and dispute matters, including in the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court.
Eshani has worked with clients in a range of industries including from tertiary, rail, transport, oil and mining, construction and resources sectors as well as various State and Commonwealth public sector agencies.
