Erin is a Senior Associate in the litigation and dispute resolution group, with a focus on insurance litigation, sensitive claims litigation, health law and inquiries. She has vast experience in advising clients in relation to single and multi-party litigation, both in the pre-court and litigation stage across various Australian jurisdictions. She also has experience in assisting clients in regulatory investigations, commissions of inquiry, royal commissions and coronial investigations as well as advising large institutions and government entities on areas of risk.
Erin has regularly acted for institutional clients including government entities, insurers, large not-for-profits, charities, representative bodies and service providers in matters of public interest. Previously, she also acted for individuals in matters involving human rights issues.
