Eric advises clients in acquisitions, property financing and debt restructuring with over 20 years of experience across a wide range of sectors and products. He acts on behalf of national and international lenders, borrowers and sponsors.
Ranked among the top lawyers in the Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000 categories, Eric has advised on many complex financing structures, and is particularly focused on bringing together all the areas of expertise required to cover not only the strictly legal issues of a financing, but also the commercial and financial aspects of it.
